So, we have news!!!!!!!!!
And, because many of you have written me personally with your well-wishes and have been with us in prayer throughout this journey, I am beyond thrilled to share...
On May 13th, we received a life-changing phone call - an expectant mother was making an adoption plan for her baby and had chosen us as potential parents! On Monday, we confirmed that it is a BOY! We are so excited for the amazing opportunity to be parents again...and, of course, Becks is thrilled to be a Big Bro. Please pray for the expectant mother, the baby, and our family during this exciting time <3

ReplyDeleteHave you ever watched the show, "I'm Having Their Baby?" It could possibly be too emotional to watch until you have the baby in your hands. It's VERY powerful. I cry every time!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you've shared, but if the reason you are adopting is due to infertility, have you had your thyroid checked out? My friend went to fertility specialists, had her thyroid checked, etc... Nothing worked. Eventually she went to a new doctor and he said in order to conceive, thyroid levels need to be lower than what they say is normal. I can't remember what that number is. It might be a one?
I'm so happy for you to have this child. He is very blessed to be a part of your family! God's will is better than any plan we could come up with on our own!
