Independence Day!

Happy Fourth of July! We started out our day with red, white, and blue sprinkles. Then we made a delicious patriotic cake. B and I left the kitchen for a quick second only to find that Beck had scooted his chair up the counter to "help." His personal touch really made the cake ;) Do you see it? The lone blueberry? Then it was off to Nana and Papa M's for a day long celebration. We took the traditional family photo in front of their fire place, and I can't help but include both versions - the second one where Becks is trying to escape.

We hope your Fourth was fantastic {and that your kiddos are all sleeping through the incessant fire crackers popping!}

Did you happen to get your tank top from Walmart?

Funny you should ask - I was going to do a post about how much I looooove these tanks from Walmart! I am {obsessed} with them - I think I own FOUR! They were on sale for $3.50 and I couldn't resist :)
